Some of the most important learning at Lokiriama happens outside the timetable — on the grounds, at the chess board, on skates, and in the middle of a half-built project.
Hands-on outdoor projects
Learning moves outside regularly. Our grounds become the classroom for practical activities, group challenges and discovery that make lessons stick.
Co-curricular activities
Chess sharpens strategy and patience, skating builds balance and courage, and our sports and journalism club give every learner somewhere to shine beyond the desk.
KNEC projects
Our junior secondary learners plan, build and present KNEC project work — designing, measuring and problem-solving together to turn classroom theory into something real.
Career days
Professionals from the community — engineers, chefs, lawyers and more — spend the day with our learners, showing them what their studies can grow into.
